Great for Classical and Modern

If you study Classical Chinese, you know about the various dictionaries. To be short, this dictionary has an incredible amount of characters (some that Far East and Mathew's don't even have). Classical usages are marked. It is mainly a dictionary for modern Chinese, and the entries are in simplified (with traditional in parentheses). Great quick reference.

Carry-able size, broad vocabulary, clear explanation and examples.
It has both pinyin and simplified characters.
To better use the dictionary, recognizing the characters would be a huge plus. Otherwise, with an assistance from a native or a teacher, it works like a charm still!
