Synopsis

Chucky's back! Traumatised by the events in Child's Play, young Andy (Alex Vincent) moves in with foster parents (Jenny Agutter and Gerrit Graham) who attempt to help him forget about his past. But his Chucky doll (voiced by Brad Dourif) is reanimated and continues to plague him. Once again, the evil doll wants to transport its killer soul into the body of the child.

Hey dont listen to the other guys Chucky rules as far as killer toys go. this film is great if you love chucky buy it watch it love it or you either hate it cause your scared.

Child's Play 2 is good as sequels go and is far better than the thrid installment. The audience knows from the start Chucky is alive so Don Mancini and John Lafia just try to make a evil dead 2 esque movie (even the finale has a reference to ED2). My only quarrel with the film is how did Chucky come back after being shot in the heart it makes no logical sense, though I think it doesn't matter Child's Play 2 is a great tounge and cheek horror for all.

Fun sequel to the original. Chucky's got a new body and he's after Andy Barclay (Alex Vincent reprising his role) again. Andy has now been taken into care and Chucky sets out to destroy his foster family and school teachers!

The final act takes place in a toy factory and lots of invention is used with the surroundings. Including what I'm sure is a nod to 'Evil Dead 2' where Chucky loses a hand and replaces it with a knife!

Chucky's one-liners steal the show. The film might not be original but it's great fun, whether you've seen the first film or not.
