About the Author
Kimberly Segraves is a best selling author currently living in Grants Pass, Oregon. She relocated from Alaska, six years ago, where she worked as a child’s advocate and operated a children’s day care center. Her passion for writing blossomed in her youth. For most of her adult life friends and family have encouraged her to write her autobiography, a notion she actively resists. These days she prefers to follow her joy in writing children’s books. Kimberly has authored novellas, articles, and short stories under various nom de plumes over the years. She is currently a full-time author. The Hungriest Dragon: A Tale of Food and Friendship is her first children’s book. Published on July 3, 2014, as a Kindle book, The Hungriest Dragon: A Tale of Food and Friendship, quickly become a best seller on Amazon, reaching the list of top 100 best selling children’s eBooks under three different juvenile categories. Presently, she resides with her fiance on five wooded acres where she writes from her home office in front of a large picture window overlooking a pond. With her faithful dog Nondie, sitting at her side, life is good. Her latest book, Grumpy Monster Takes a Walk, will be released in September 2014 and available exclusively through Amazon.
