I bought this video and assumed that it would be fairly up to date, judging by the graphics on the front cover. Oopsy, how wrong could I be! (it didn't help that there were no reviews either, so therefore assumed it must be new).. hence I'm writing this review now to warn anyone!

It was just dreadful, I watched about five minutes, then a further five minutes just in disbelief! It was so outdated that there outfits reminded me of Jane Fonda with the catsuit and leggings, sweatband etc.

The moves didn't look like they would do anything particularly beneficial, and there were the odd moves that have since been updated in the fitness world because they figured out that they weren't in fact any good for us.

Her accomplices didn't appear to want to be there, and didn't add anything to the video. The set looked so out of date. It didn't inspire me at all to even attempt the exercises, it all looked pretty futile.

Yikes!... Don't bother! 24 April 2003
Format:VHS Tape
I bought this video thinking that it was going to be fairly up to date... yikes it was awful! (it would have got no stars had it been an option) It was soooo outdated it was laughable... I mean the pastel pink outfits were Jane Fonda, sweatbands, legwarmers, the whole lot... and her two accomplices looked like they didn't want to be there at all. I couldn't even bring myself to watch the whole video it was that bad. There were some dodgy moves in there too,.. like rolling the head all the way round, ouch! (Nobody does that anymore, they figured it wasn't good for your neck.) It looked to me like the moves where pretty pointless... I wanted to throw the thing out of the window I was that disgusted with it. I'm no fitness expert, but I have enjoyed staying fit throughout my life and couldn't believe that somebody would actually package this up and sell it in 2003.

Basic and dated 23 May 2003
By A Customer
Format:VHS Tape
Very dated, 80's haircuts and leotards. Found the exercises very jerky and was quite concerned about doing some of them.

Didn't learn anything I didn't already know.

Was expecting some gentle floor exercises, however, they mostly consisted of warm-up and found they were much too jerky and dated.
