5.0 out of 5 stars Great Book for Beginners, 16 Jun 2009
By Elizabeth F. Cushnie "Lizzy" (Scotland) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
This review is from: Chess (Hardcover)
My 5 year old son first saw and read this book in the Bell Library in Perth, Scotland. He booked it out for 3 periods of 3 weeks. I decided to source buying the book for him (local book shops and internet) and found it was out of print, pretty rare to get hold of and expensive.

I gave up my search several months ago and one day browsed the internet again for it and I ended up buying this book, in perfect condition from Amazon, all the way from America - and at a bargain price! My son John loves the book and he is studying all the different moves that are explained so easily in the book.

We would certainly recommend this illustrated book to others (young and old) who would like to learn the game of chess.

10 out of 10, we love this book.

Thank you Amazon.
