What an amazing book! I laughed, I cried, truly inspiring. This exceptional family welcomes broken families into their home as though they were long lost relatives. Their ups and downs, trials and tribulations in every day life and how they turned terrible events into happier memories are exceptional . A very thought provoking read, loved it

Thankyou for letting me into your family because reading this made me feel I was a part of your family! I loved every minute of it. The insight, the complex situations, the characters and your way with words have been a joy to read. A real pleasure. My own emotions were turned upside down just reading it, very difficult to put down.

5.0 out of 5 stars What a read!!!!!!!!!!! 25 May 2012
By JL
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
Unlike a previous reviewer I do not know the author, but I do know a son, he is a work colleague of mine. If he is anything to go by this women has done a brilliant job with children (**** don't be too embarrassed if you are reading your Mum's reviews).

I don't know what else I can add; that other reviewers haven't already written. Just buy it, buy it!!!!!!! Get your tissues out, be prepared to laugh your socks off, and sob your eyes out.

This is truly a 10 star book
