Not sure where the previous review gets the Step section from - that's Cher's first video.
The two sections in this video are: 1) an aerobic 'dance' section with lots of encouragement - but be warned there is no warm up section! It worked me out, but I felt a little bored. 2) A resistance section using a large rubber band. Only one band is supplied with the video (despite the front sticker saying BANDS) and some exercises require 2 bands.
The resistance section is a really good, tough, workout without weights.
Overall a good video with a toughness to last through several levels.
