5 of 5 people found the following review helpful
Format:Kindle Edition
I totally agree with the previous reviewers regarding the five stars given to the author of this book, though presumably they were reading the paperback book. The Kindle ebook version, however, has a drawback - the text has no sub- or super-script notation. This can be tedious when reading about electron orbitals or chemical formulae but can actually lead to a gross error such as when providing, for example, a value for Avogadro's constant of 6.022x1023. The last two digits should be super-scripted to show that 10 is raised to a power of 23. Readers may find the subsequent text stating that this 'is a really big number', and then printing it out in full, confusing to say the least.
