Setting up a wine lab? This book is a requirement! 24 July 2010
By Winemakertim - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Spiral-bound
The most comprehensive book I have ever come across for the purpose of guiding the user through the processes of wine chemical analysis. From the chemicals required to chemical concepts and the preparation of reagents, this book details all of the requirements to outfit a comlpete wine lab.

Everyone in the wine industry should have a copy of this book. If you are a home winemaker or a student this book will guide you through the steps to complete numerous different assays. It may be expensive, but you can't find a better guide.

I have been a winemaker/oenologist for far too long, and I would be lost without this book.

Great Book! Careful where you get it 15 Aug. 2011
By Gwynn - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Spiral-bound
This is one of the books we use in school for Enology. Just be careful where you get it, as it lists for $160.00 new from UC Davis bookstore (with 6.99 shipping).
