If you have never used a Potato Ricer then why not start with the best. If you have used conventional Ricers but found them a struggle then try the FreshForce Potato Ricer which due to the patented gear mechanism is 65% easier to use than standard Ricers. To use simply boil your potatoes in the usual way until they are soft, scoop into the Ricer and squeeze, perfect lump free mashed potato is the result. For extra fluffy mashed potato just add milk, butter and cream after the potato has been "riced". Afterwards cleaning could niot be easier, either wash in warm soapy water or place in the dishwasher.

Very pleased with this potato ricer. I though it was expensive but am really glad I spent the extra money as the gear system works really well and makes it quite easy to use. We've now abandoned our old potato masher and use this all the time. I also love the fact that its dishwasher proof and cleans up really well as the basket pops out easily.
