Basically what I said in the title. The grater is not really fine enough for proper grated parmesan but won't really do any other sort of cheese either as most other cheeses are too moist and the whole thing sticks - pretty rubbish. However, if you don't mind slightly coarsely grated parmesan (as I gather some people don't, having read other reviews where graters I consider too coarse for parmesan are considered too fine by cheddar-types) then it should be fine (pun not intended).
