5.0 out of 5 stars As entertaining as Brighton itself 22 Jan 2010
Format:Paperback
I loved this book but wished I had purchased it before my wife and I went to Brighton for a few days. Although we had a great time whilst there anyway, the book would have been inavluable in informing us of the best and most interesting places to go.

It is written in an easy to read and sometimes laugh out loud style that had me re-reading certain chapters more than once. I will definitely be looking at it again before we set out for Brighton next time and on my recommendation, lots of friends have asked to borrow it - I wish they would buy it for themselves as I'm worried I won't get it back!

5.0 out of 5 stars Informative and fun ! 18 Sep 2011
Format:Paperback
What a find ! I purchased this book before a mini break to Brighton and not only was it a very useful guide as what to avoid and what to see, but it was also the most hilarious read ! We fouund the really nice Italian restaurant that was mentioned and were not disappointed. Oh and the authors are right about the seagulls ! Take earplugs !

5.0 out of 5 stars As funny as it was useful 18 July 2011
Format:Paperback
Great little book easy to carry around in my handbag. Gave me and my other half a good giggle in places and gave some really helpful suggestions of where to eat and shop and what to see. I felt it gave a good reflection of Brighton as a city in a light hearted way, without all the pomp that sometimes accompanies guide books. would definitely recommend it!
