Im sorry to give this film a poor review because it started off with such promise. I was really enjoying this film for the first half, and then it just really tailed off.
I had fairly low expectations for Chaw, and when we first started watching it i was pleasantly surprised and thought i'd found a little gem. Somewhere along the way i realised i wasnt paying attention anymore, the characters stopped being interesting and quirky, the plot stopped going anywhere, and it suddenly started to feel like it would never end. I think they should have shortened it, and picked up the pace a bit towards the end. It was filmed fairly well, clearly a low budget venture (especially when you see the bore) but the actors were very entertaining, as was the script. I give it 2 stars because I did get some entertainment from it, but overall I wouldnt really recommend this film.
