Your stylish Round Cast Iron Wok is multipurpose and can be used on the Hob, in the Oven and under the Grill. As a Wok Cast Iron can reach and maintain high temperatures making it ideal for longer cooking times when cooking multiple "Wok fulls" or courses. Your Wok is supplied with a Glass Lid, Tempura Rack for jkeeping food warm, Chopsticks and Turner. And after you have eaten the almost indestructable top coat of enamel makes cleaning easy either by hand or in the dishwasher, for stubborn burnt on food it is advisable to soak the dish for several hours before cleaning. Why Cast Iron? Cast iron is an excellent conductor of heat which ensures an even heat distribution on all heat sources including induction. Why French Cast Iron? Quite simply it's the best. The Ardennes region of France has been manufacturing premium quality cast iron cookware for generations. Why Chasseur?
