This grill pan is excellent. Great for grilling and the best thing is the handle folds which means its takes up less room in your dishwasher.

Cooks a perfect steak. Perfect for a quick and easy and delicious meal. Great for all kinds of meat and vegetables. Can't believe I lived for so long without one. Packs away neatly.

It's good to get this griddle really hot. Oil meat or veg. with oil (eg spray olive oil), drop onto the very hot griddle and turn when seared. Pop into a hot oven to finish cooking depending on meat, size and degree of cook. (180C for 10 mins)(give or take). The only issues are; received 2 griddles (2 invoices) and you can't really deglaze the pan.
