The primer coat seals the body while the coloured top coat not only provides an attractive appearance but also adds to the durability of the product and allows easy cleaning. The Chasseur range consists of Round and Oval Casseroles, Saucepans, Oval and Rectangular Serving Dishes and Roasters, Pate terrines, numerous Frypans and Grillpans plus Woks and Fondues. Why Serving Dishes? Can be used on the hob, in the oven and under the grill for cooking and/or roasting plus ideal for serving. The attractive colourful appearance means they can go straight from the cooker to the table where due to the heat retention of the Cast Iron they will keep your food warm for second helpings. And when you've cooked and served they are easy to clean either in the dishwasher or in hot soapy water.
