Chasseur Cast Iron 32.5 X 21.5 X 5.5cm Cream Roasting Dish

I have been using one of these non stop for 5 years and wouldn't be without it . Because the cast iron conducts the heat so well it makes the most brilliant crunchy roast potatoes to die for. It washes easily too, no matter what has been caramelised ( ie burnt ) onto it. Highly recommended.

A particularly useful size of dish, measuring in at approximately 32.5 cm x 21.5 cm x 5.5 cm.

Cast iron allows it to be used for roasting/baking/grilling.... with all the usual lower-heat benefits ....and..... it can be used directly on the hob!

Elegant enough to take to the dinner table, and sure to be the focus of attention!

Easy to use and clean, by hand, although some soaking may be required for those more stubborn stains.......or simply pop it in the dishwasher.

10 year guarantee.

Sturdily boxed, it comes with a handy little CHASSEUR care booklet, which includes a recipe idea for each product range.
