As a former Bradfordian I enjoyed this, but could perhaps have done with a bit more of earlier 20th century tales that had been passed down.

This book is a delight to read and gives a vivid picture of what it was like to work - and have fun - in the Bradford wool mills. A most enjoyable experience and I recommend this book to anyone with ancestors, such as mine, who were involved in this type of work. Much better than a dry, descriptive, history book.
