Chas Saunders

Author Chas Saunders is not sure where or how he came about, claiming he cannot remember a time when he was not here. If he was born, he wishes to apologise for any inconvenience.

He is the last of the practising cave artists, with work ranging from thumbnail sketches to pub signs and murals, and inventor of Grimble - the world's only personalised board game. Chas Saunders has been sighted in a film, astride a motorcycle, through a viewfinder and behind a drum kit. Not all at the same time.

His next project is Pubology.com, a guide to British history via pubs, which forces him reluctantly to spend a great deal of time in taverns, inns and hostelries.
