My boy aged 6 is just starting to read English (we live in Sweden) and this book is great for it. Easy sentences but a very funny and entertaining children language. Charlie and Lola have been with us since years now, and we simply love them. Especially the story were Lola looses her first tooth is great, as my boy is loosing a lot of them at the moment. I can really recommend this book. Lots of fun at bedtime:). Perfect for kids around 5/6, but also entertaining for older siblings, who can see themselves as Charlie, getting exhausted having a little sister:) My older boy sits in and listens to the little one read; we share good laughs!

I don't know who requests to read stories from this book more, my children or my husband! Fab stories that can be read again and again without getting boring!!

My daughter, aged 5, is a huge Charlie and Lola fan. This book has 6 full stories in a lovely hardback. It was well worth the money and is a firm favorite.

I hate reading this book...
I bought this for DS and deeply regret it. He loves the programme but I am afraid I end up being irritated as I read it. It just does not seem to flow well for reading aloud. Read more

lovely stories!
DD aged 4 loves Charlie and Lola. Since we have this book there is no argument at bedtime, she never gets bored!

I bought first the CD containing the same 5 stories as the ones in this book, as we spend everyday 40 minutes at least in car travelling to school. Read more
