I happened on this page looking for something completely different! I have had this DVD for years, and I have to say of all the different fitness DVD's I have had - this is the one I took to and saw good results with. I went from being breathless walking up the stairs to running a mile round trip in no time without any shortness of breath. I actually became slender! Although of course weightloss is only successful with a combination of exercise AND healthy eating. It is enjoyable and doesn't take long to get into the swing of the exercises. I have have many DVD's/Videos (remember them?!) and got rid of all of them after fruitless attemps at even trying to master the moves, never mind enjoy them. This is the one I keep coming back to always.
