Product Description
This item is a great must have item if you have a Nintendo Wii. This will eliminate the need for buying endless batteries for your Nintendo Wii remote and therefore save you money. Simply remove the battery cover from the back of your Wii remote and place one of the supplied batteries in its place. Charge the remote on the stand as shown above and after a few hours you will have a fully charged Wii remote which will provide you with up to 16 hours of playing time. The best thing about this item is that it will charge two remotes at the same time (you can play with one while the other is charging) and also it provides a convenient resting place for your remote. Usually stands of this type need to plugged into your Wii and your Wii has to be switched on for the charging to take place.

After reading a few poor reviews of this product, I was slightly hesitant before buying it. However, I went along with the purchase anyway. An action which turned out to be a huge mistake.
The product arrived in the expected time period, but that's where compliments end. At the time of ordering, the description of the product offered a free mains charger with your purchase - which didn't arrive. The battery packs provided to put into your Wii remotes barely fit. The docking station very rarely charged the remotes at all; and when they did, the battery life was never more than an hour (after charging for around 12 hours!).
Totally unimpressed with this product and am currently awaiting a refund. Hopefully their customer service won't be as disappointing as the product.
Edit (10/03/10): Having requested a refund, I was sent a replacement charger instead. Hoping that this might do the job you expect, I went ahead and tried it anyway. The docking station had no problem recognising the remotes and seemingly charging them; however, after around six hours of charging, I got approximately two minutes usage from the batteries. Currently awaiting a refund - hopefully they'll get it right this time.

I thought I'd buy this product as it seemed a good way of solving the battery eating tendencies of the wii remote...so I charged the battery up on the remote using the charging dock which only took about 10 mins or so, I thought GREAT then after about 30 mins of use they needed charging again...and you have to keep taking the protective jacket on and off every time...save your money and buy a decent charger and re-chargeable batteries.ENERGIZER 90 MINUTE CHARGER FOR AA & AAA BATTERIES INCLUDING 4 X AA BATTERIES, INCAR CHARGER & MAINS CHARGER

Great charger for 2 controllers.
Plugs straight in to the wii so very easy set up and don't need an extra plug. Nice blue lights to show it is charging. Can be used with motion plus attached. Only thing i would say is remember to flick the on/off switch at the back! I didn't see it and wondered why my controllers weren't charging - doh!

Unreliable..

Black day for charger
The charger batteries in their holder did not fit into the remote controller. They were fitted the wrong way round! I have now been given my money back!

Dualharger
I found this difficult to use as the battery does not cleanly make contact with the charger - you have to fiddle until you get it to make contact. It does work but is only ok!
