Have received two MOMO9 tablets from you for the kids and they are delighted with them, amazing what they can do for the price. Everyone we show them to wants one and can't believe they are less than £100 - so hopefully will generate some more sales for you!
One minor thing - the charger supplied in the box is 2amp 5v output, on the back of the tablet it says input 1.5amp 5v. I don't know if this matters but I do have a problem in that when the tablet is plugged to the mains the Android keyboard is unusable. Keys that have not been pressed pop up all over the place. At first I thought the touchscreen faulty but this only happens when on charge.
Reading an Android forum it said this problem can be caused by a "through charge" from non-OEM chargers. Any views on this - it's a minor thing so long as it doesn't damage the tablet I'm not too concerned.
Gary from GTR Electronics here. Great to hear the kids are delighted with them!
Really good post, thanks for opening up the discussion. I've not had any issues with this before, which leads me to believe that the plug supplied in my last order from Ployer may have had a different wattage. It's something I've not honestly picked up.
I've gone to my contact in Ployer to pose the question and will post the reply tomorrow (time differences). Remember that you can use the USB cable supplied to charge the unit as a secondary method.
