Bought this for my daughter for Xmas. I was disappointed that the product that arrived is not Zhu Zhu but another make so should not have been advertised as such. Too late to get another now otherwise would be returning this one.

This should have been a great gift for my daughter, however I am still waiting for the correct hamster to arrive. Very poor service from Amazon's re seller Cyber Shop. No reply to two emails sent. Please help I need Nugget!

I ordered this hamster because my daughter wanted a Nugget Zhu Zhu pet for Christmas. The toy is listed as Zhu Zhu pet Nugget. On the label is says Run Run park. The hamster never worked and the little plastic lever underneath is faulty as it is too loose. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time and money.
I often buy things from Amazon and have never had any problems in the past. I would not recommend this seller to anybody wanting original products, especially as the price reflects an original product but what you get is a faulty imitation.

hamster fine but when it was put in the ball it did not move. Was a shame as my Granddaughter loved it.

Disappointed
I ordered Zu Zu pets not some other name and I am returning the unwanted one as I am not happy. Why advertise as Zu zu pets when they are not Zu zu pets !!!!!!!!!
