The 3D Super Studio Station allows you to make fantastic 3D designs! Use the well at the bottom of the Studio to make cubes, spheres and pyramid shapes. Use the colour dome at the back of the machine to twist and select your colour then add your choice into the 3D template. Then use the air drying tubes to quickly dry your creation. Also includes clips to hold your designs in place - air is blown onto your clipped designs to hold them solid - helping you to create endless 3D shapes. Includes 500 beads, 1 large sprayer, 1 tray, 3 templates, 2 wheels, 2 hinges, Vacform tray and instructions.

    I thought this would be a great alternative to Hama beads. The advantage I thought would be that a child can use the water spray to hold the beads together themselves, rather than relying on an adult to iron the beads together, as you need to do with Hama. However the tray you place the beads in to make the design doesn't hold the beads well enough while you are in the process of putting the deisgn together and my daughter gets very frustrated as she keeps accidently knocking the design as she puts a new bead in, meaning she often has to start over again. She finds the suction pen thing too difficult to use and as a result doesn't bother.

    Another gripe I have is that the beads often get stuck in the mechanism meaning they don't come out the bottom into the slot.

    Give me Hama beads any day - much easier to use and the end result is always much better.

    This is complete rubbish. The whole thing is so elaborate yet it is still incredibly fiddly and frusrating and the results are very poor. We have not managed to get anything to actually stick together yet - just end up with some clumps and lots of individual beads. The "dryer" is a complete waste of time, as is the whole bead chooser. We paid full price for this thing and it will probably end up in the bin before the end of January.
    A complete waste of money. Very disappointing. One star is overly generous.

    I bought this from somewhere else on Saturday 14 Feb [Valentines day] and I've found it to be a complete waste of my time. I tried to create a 3d treasure crest but the beads kept falling apart. The lid for it is rubbish. The air dryer dosen't dry the beads very well and does not fit in to the hole. I bought it as a bordom breaker but it really tests my patience. The other product I have has turned out really well. To get the beads to stick and stay stuck together I have to use PVA glue which I'm not happy about.
