I think the Nude remix is the greatest piece of music that exists on the planet today.

Is the best way to describe this effort. I've got better CD's than this but none with such a diverse and elite style of music. If it had to be categorised it would be tech house. It ranges from melodic to drifting to dirty to freaky, with such an accomplished flow that it has to have 5 stars. The mixing is amazing. I don't know what he's used but it's world class. The fact that Justin Martin is Claude Vonstroke's mate says it all really. There's some tunes on here that are real eye openers and really quirky that they'll stick in your head for hours. Days even.

I said elite as this is just pure undergound (house/techno) music. It's on a completely different planet to any other style of music, be it commercial or otherwise. And that's what makes it so elite and special. It doesn't matter if there's somebody in Mexico or Sweden or Tibet listening to this CD. They are all part of the same scene which ive lived for, for years.

In the grand scheme of things house music is still young. Only been going for about 20 years. Compare that to rock music which has been around for half a century. This CD sums up the evolution of house music and the whole culture. The music style and the way its mixed and the means by which it was mixed is a perfect example of modern and cutting edge electronic music. Long may it continue.
