Don't be put off by the seller obviously trying to bump their product rating if you look closely the reviews are each for different products.
The speakers I'm adding a review for are the t2102 model.
These are slightly smaller than I initially imagined from looking at the pictures. I bought them to listen to music in my living room as I didn't want to buy a hifi as I only really listen to music on my iPhone, iPad or laptop.
(I also ordered this cradle to for my iPhone as it has a line out and it looks really good with the speakers http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004UK27PW)
I won't pretend to have much of a clue about speakers and how they should sound, but I've listened to music on enough different speaker systems, hifis, docks, home cinema systems etc to know that these sound really good, they are loud enough to fill my flat with music (not just the living room) and if maxed out I dare say I'd have my neighbours knocking asking me to turn it down.
The system is a 2.2 not 2.1 as the description states so it does have a really deep base if you want it, both bass and treble are adjustable and it's easy enough to find the sweet spot for each. I listen to loads of music from classical to heavy metal and the speakers even cope with a bit of filthy filthy Dubstep.
The speakers themselves look really good and feel well made, really simple to set up and get listening.
The only downside I would say is that yes the cable is a little short at only a metre long, however I was sensible and ordered a 5m cable at the same time for just over a pound inc delivery. (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B001L147Q0)
I have already recommended these speakers to one of my friends, I say recommended but really he came over to have some beers the same day these arrived and was as impressed as I was.
If you want good sound, good looks and build quality on a budget, BUY THESE.
