In this book I found the clearest view on nlp transformation world. It's a beautiful description of how you can move from the present state of suffering to the desired state. It teaches you how to manipulate all the resistences that beliefs can oppose to your transformation. It gives you many useful exemples about changing a single belief, a system of beliefs and conflicting beliefs. You have to free a place in your personal library for this book.

After seriously looking into NPL, I can see that it is not really a science. It is full of false claims backed up by zero evidence that it has changed the way people perceive their world, themselves or their thought processes. On top of this practitioners claim that they can change people instantly. This is nonsense - again they have no evidence only false claims to impress the vulnerable that are looking for change. In conclusion NLP has "ripped off" the science of applied psychology which has evolved from years of scientific scrutiny. If you want to learn about the topics that NLP claim to be about - go for "Applied Psychology" you will get a much better understanding along with scientific evidence to back up any claims. Avoid NPL - it is a "Rip Off" for the vulnerable!!!!
