This book started me off a little wrong. This is the first book in the series to jump a lot of time from the end of the last book. I normally expect that in books, but so far in this series the next book takes up immediately where the last book ended. I was sad to not see the farewell between Nicholas and Tess. I also think something as big as her grandma dying should have made the book, but I understand not writing that one in. I am a little over Tess' attitude. I get it a lot of bad stuff happens, and she can't tell her human friends, but her hollier than though attitude is getting very annoying, especially with Sir John and Johnny.
