I have been a fan of NLP for years now but in the medical and counselling field. The science behind NLP is to deconstruct language and look for excellence to model and it works across many many areas and this particular book focuses on the business field.
There are many very good questions in this book like 'What would you do if you knew your business couldn't fail?' which was one I spent a day working through in my head.
A very very good read, easy to pick up and hard to put down and one of those books you'll keep going back to.
A good price and strongly recommended.

I have worked in Change Management and have over 100 days of NLP training so I was looking forward to this book. So often NLP books and training are great on personal performance but lacking in terms of how to apply this to organisations. Unfortunately I didn't get any insight from the book and actually found it boring. I put off writing the review for some considerable time because I didn't feel I had given the book enough of a chance. Now, I've gone through it a second time and if possible I am even less impressed. I have given it two stars because it covers some concepts adequately but you can do better elsewhere.

Really not sure about this book. Being a small business owner I was looking for a lot in terms of inspiration, specific advice and ideas to propel my business to the next level. I didn't find what I was looking for however. I have studied NLP and gotten a Master Practitioner certification so was looking forward to some phenomenal or at least powerful tools from this book. A good effort but needs more...
