This book is a summation, and a deceptively simple one, of the MRI's research into change: what it is, how it happens and how to stop it. The findings, stories and approaches presented will be generating new thoughts in readers into the next century as well. Quite simply reauired reading for therapists, change agents, facilitators and consultants.

I've thought this for five years, and have as yet found no reason to revise my views. Only time will tell if this work is to receive the acclaim it fully deserves.

I've read a couple of books on insights but this one is the very basic one of all: simply explained in point to point chapters as well as keeping the context and the overall picture sharp. Well done.
Magically written and in a way you would unravel a bunch of wires tangled up in several knots: piece by piece and always with the end in mind. Fantastic explanation of the construction of self reflecting pseudo solutions in problem forming actions: more of the same.
Where the second level change creates the real solution: the one you might just not see on your radar within your frame of thinking.
Absolute must for directors, managers and staff to create a better team in understanding each other and your Self.

3.0 out of 5 stars Good, not great 3 Mar 2012

This book did arrive within the time frame set but I felt it was a very large gap. The book itself was in an ok condition, better than some second hand books I have had. However, I feel it was more used than I expected from the description. Heavily highlighted within and no dust jacket.

Altogether I was happy enough due to the price..
