I love this product. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and have stiff, painful wrists and fingers. I use the wax heat treatment every day, the system can be left on so that it is always ready. Tests at the hospital have shown more mobility in my hands and I have had less pain. A bonus is that it leaves your skin really soft.

Arrived well packaged. Bought for home use. Easy to use but takes a long while to heat each time. Helps with dry skin conditions and arthritis.

Very pleased with this product. The wax doesn't take anywhere near 12 hours to melt thank goodness. The appliance is very easy to use and although it's a bit fiddly trying to tie the bag on the second hand, it's not impossible. The wax came off easily when I had finished and my hands felt lovely and smooth afterwards. I am hoping it will help with aching finger joints too. If you have large hands the container might not be large enough to immerse them totally but you could get round that by brushing the wax on with a brush.
