The team repeated the success of 1992, when the Club took its first European Cup and with goals from the great trio of Messi, Villa and Pedro, they brushed aside the challenge of a competitive Manchester United to win 3-1.
Sir Alex Ferguson predicted the game of the decade and the 2011 final has confirmed Barça s position at the top of contemporary football - a win against a team who have rivalled Barça over recent years and that give it an importance that the fans mosaic before the game: We love football perfectly sums up.

I've been a life long Barcelona fan (40 years) so of course I was over the moon with the victory at Wembley. However I must say I am a bit dissapointed with the DVD itself. In particular the picture quality, it's quite poor tbh.
Another couple of things to note are that during the match there is no on-screen score or runnuing clock (as you would normally get when watching a match on TV).
Also, please note the menu gives the option to listen to the game in either Spanish or English, however it's not spanish, it's Catalan. This is not a problem for me as I speak all three languages, and it's quite right that there should be a Catalan commentary of the game, but they really should have marked the language options correctly.
And finally, the DVD contains the game and the trophy presentation, nothing else. Some sort accompanying documentary, as there have been in previous Barcelona DVDs, would have been nice.

What a team, what a performance.Watch the Spanish Champions rip man utd to bits by giving them one hell of a footballing lesson.
The goals by Pedro and the best player on the planet LEO MESSI, and a superb David Villa goal wrap up barca's 4th European Cup in one of the best finals for years.
Sit back an enjoy Xavi, Iniesta an co making man utd chase shadows.
Take great delight in watching the best player of all time Lionel Messi grace the Wembley pitch in putting in a star performance that would of left any team unable to cope with such brilliance and scoring a stunning goal which was his 53rd goal of a amazing season.
Pedro an rooney goals leave it level at half time, then watch in awe as Pep's Barcelona boys destroy manchester's dreams of winning another european trophy.
Well worth buying to re-live watching a great game of football between 2 top sides, but FC BARCELONA certainly show who is number 1.

I bought this, even as a United fan. Now the pain has subsided (a bit!!), it is still a spellbinding game of football. I endorse all RebelScum's comments - also, both teams played some wonderful games in the earlier rounds...why no "How They Got There" extras??? Just bare match coverage is NOT good enough, these days.....it's no wonder the eBay bootleggers do such good business!! At least it is better than the utter GARBAGE masquerading as United's own Season DVD, this year, which MUST be the worst of its kind EVER, EVER made!!!)
