Prostate cancer continues to be a major threat to men′s health, being in many countries the second most common cancer in men. It is, therefore, increasingly important that those faced with difficult clinical questions make the right decisions. Since the first volume, Questions and Uncertainties in Prostate Cancer, there continue to be areas of controversy in the science and clinical management of prostate cancer.
