Update on the faulty fan. The seller was kind enough to submit a demostration of my returned fan on you tube being opened by, I think himself! It was strange seeing my wee box that I had sent being opened on you tube. I watched it being unwrapped, put together and plugged in. Now, at no point did I ever tell the seller that the fan didn't actually rotate! The person putting the fan together made no attempt to hold something up to the fan to prove that it produced any kind of air! They were obviously letting me and Amazon see that the fan was actually working......which it was definitely not! If it had been blowing out any kind of air, would they not surely have held something up to let me see it working? I am so angry at the thought of a seller selling shawdy goods and then not talking responsibility for it. I will never again buy from a seller outside Amazon.....shame on them. Please do not waste your money on this item, you will be left feeling angry and frustrated! I say angry because when you finally receive it you will see that it doesn't work and when you send it back the seller will tell you it's working even when it is clearly not!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had on Amazon and I'm totally confused at the two people who left reviews praising it,worst thing I have ever purchased in my life.......save your money! Just noticed the seller has put this worthless piece of rubbish up by another £1.00! What an absolute joke.......pathetic!!
