I started reading this book during a very stressful time in my life - after just following Doreen's chakra meditation once in the morning and evening I could sense a deep change within me. I felt more balanced, a lot happier and my outlook immediately changed from negative to positve. I thoroughly recommend Doreen's book- she really does know how to reach out and help people.

This book really works for me. It offers a variety of guided meditations that help me enormously. The book is totally reader friendly and I can browse through it to find the most appropriate meditation for how I feel. The language is simple and easy to read. The meditations and affirmations flow beautifully and are so easy to follow. I wanted a book that is easy to read and offers practical advice and suggestions on how to clear my chakras. This book does exactly this. My only regret is that I didn't buy the cd that accompanies it. That's my next purchase. Take care.

I was searching for a book on Chakras and was recommended this one. It writes simply in a way everyone can understand. I have 15 years experience in spiritual matters and this book has changed my outlook on life and made me more relaxed, focussed and tolerant as a person. Just concentrate on the meanings and you will open up a new life for you and those around you.

Excellent if you're new to meditation
This is good as a starter, the tracks are both about 24 minutes long but you dont notice because you are so relaxed, I can recommend it.

a good meditation cd
this is a good mediation cd nice clear voice and relaxing. I use this every morning and night and have found a difference in my moods and am much calmer.

In two minds over this
Firstly I connected with the music, lovely. Secondly, I didn't connect with the narrator! I suppose the CD is years old and I should be thankful for it still being around.
