This review is for Cesar's Way Deck of Training Cards. Most of the points are covered in the video but here is a summary of my thoughts:
THINGS THAT I LIKED ABOUT THIS DECK OF CARDS:
* Bite sized chunks of information - they are much easier to read than an entire book
* None of the extra padding that is often contained in books
* Easy to just pick out the topic that you want to find out more information about
* I find that a lot of the things Cesar says on these cards makes perfect sense
* Divided into colour coded sections with an index card at the front
* Each card is a decent size to hold and the print is large enough to read
* The cards are coated and can be wiped down if they get dirty
* They store neatly away in an attractive box
* They would make a lovely present for a fellow doggie lover
THINGS THAT I DIDN'T LIKE SO MUCH ABOUT THIS DECK OF CARDS:
* If they come out of the box they easily scatter around and get out of order
* They contain the same information from the book `Cesar's Way' so if you have already purchased this then you won't get any more from these cards
* There is only one side of information about each topic. Some of them don't always go into enough depth and for some topics you might need to refer to a book
* For what you actually get, I felt they were fairly expensive
OVERALL SUMMARY:
I have found these cards to be useful and I have dipped in and out of them on many occasions. I've found much of the advice to be useful - but I have to say not everything was useful. However, as I already had purchased the book before buying these cards I was disappointed that the cards contained exactly the same information that was in the book, and nothing more.
