It's only my first day using the mouse, but I know it'll do the job. For people that have owned an Evoluent mouse in the past, you hold it almost exactly the same way (almost as if you're shaking someone's hand).
As I have owned 2 Evoluent mice in the past, I know that this works for me, eliminating arm/shoulder pain (and it's a quarter of the price of the Evoluent!)
It doesn't receive 5 stars because it only has 2 buttons... a programmable thumb button would've been nice, given that there's so much space.
Something to look forward to for the Accuratus V2 then :)

Excellent purchase, very cost effective compared with others on the market. Delivery was on time. I use the computer a lot and was looking for something to ease the discomfort that I was experiencing in my right arm, wrist and shoulder. This is a very easy mouse to adapt to and use and has given me a lot of relief. Would highly recommend this product.

Having suffered shooting pains in right arm for one month I ordered this. Plugged in at work Thursday morning. Pain completely gone by Friday lunchtime. Well made too.
