This pan has to be without a doubt the BIGGEST waste of money have ever had the misfortune of spending on.

At first, yes, it was absolutely fine. Pan did as promised, cooked things evenly enough (although certain items DID take forever to cook on it, such as sausages, and thick burgers/chicken steaks), and things weren't sticking - at FIRST.

Now, regardless of seasoning the pan (which by the way, isn't mentioned in no way shape nor form on the dazzling (actually, just misleading) adverts on telly), anything being cooked in the pan began to stick horrendously within WEEKS of purchase. Any tiny drizzle of oil you throw in this pan just slides out of the range of the middle of the pan where you actually need it to be to cook, and it seems to just evaporate away even on a low gas so that your food just sticks right onto it leaving big massive marks where it has been.

The last straw was really when my plastic fish slice started chipping off the white ceramic coating. Contacted JML with my concerns that I had a faulty product. I was told no, obviously I'm not using the pan right (because apparently it takes rocket science). First JML accused me of not seasoning the pan right. I told them I had, to which they THEN turned it around and claimed obviously I just wasn't using enough oil and that I should put plenty in to make sure the food doesn't stick or burn. I nearly lost the head at JML right then. They advertise a pan that is supposed to cook food healthily with little to no oil required then they come out with something like I need to use tons of oil?! (which by the way, regardless of how much oil you use, your stuff will still stick to it).

Verified Purchase
Does not have the non-stick quality of a non-stick pan, does need oil, does scratch and overall is overpriced- just a gimmick

To be honest 1 star is too much for these pans. Started off great cooking with very little oil but after 2 weeks they started sticking even with oil being added. Absolute garbage avoid

I bought this pan on May5th from Asda, and paid £29.99 for the pan I thought was the pan to end all pans.

Less than 4 months later it's in the bin. It started lightly sticking. Now it's so bad EVERYTHING you cook in it sticks so badly it's in pieces the time you get it out the pan. It's stained. It's impossible to get clean without heavy soaking.

I've emailed JML and awaiting a reply.

My advice would be if you are thinking of buying one, please don't. If you have one, give serious consideration to taking it back.

I didn't dishwasher it, treated it as per the pack instructions and kept the pack for cleaning reference, so I genuinely can say it wasn't fault on my part.

Like many of you I was convinced that this pan would be as good as the adverts make it out to be. Non stick coating no oils required. Spent £29 on one. At first it worked brilliantly nothing stuck. Food was cooked through quickly and was hot. Cleaned as per instructions using a wet cloth. After the first few times it worked well, until one day it started to get marks on. So again I tried to wipe clean as the marks were not shifting the pan was burned. Used boiling water and soap to try soak it off. Nothing worked. After only 3 uses the pan was well and truly ruined. Took back to shop got a full refund. Then got in contact with JML this was in August last year. It's now February and still waiting hear from then. I advise anyone who wants to buy this product to not. Buy tefal pots and pans.

Bought the Pan and at first it was brilliant, but after two weeks it started to stick and burn, now i'm bringing it back to the store for a refund...can JML and Carecraft answer me why it did this, now its no good whatsoever....they shouldn't advertise a product like this if it's not going to last more than two weeks...rubbish
