Large heavyweight book which celebrates the richness & diversity of 20th century factory made glass. It covers both tableware and art glass and has sections on 98 manufacturers/designers with beautiful colour pictures of their iconic work. Very readable and extremely informative.

5.0 out of 5 stars 20th Century Factory Glass 26 Sep 2000
By Gabriela Herink - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Hardcover
This is the first book that really concentrates on the subject matter. Not only does Lesley give you information on the factory but she also gives wonderful accounts of the different designers and artists. It's not so much a picture book as it is a helpful and informative reference that we need more of. So if your looking to education yourself on the many glass artists, companies, and designers this is one book I would highly recommend.
