Calling all those who were born in the UK the 'fifties and early 'sixties - did you read TV21 when you were young? Then buy this (and it's sister volumes), and be transported back to your youth. You'll meet old friends, thrill at old adventures, and be blown away by the stellar standard of artistry on display. Giving the characters a dynamism that their TV puppet counterparts could not dream of achieving, these comic strips look like beautifully-rendered modern movie storyboards. In fact, a movie director could pick these up, and make a film directly from them (if only they had when they made the last Thunderbirds movie - d'oh!). With comic strips this well drawn and beautifully re-printed in this excellent series of books, who says youth was wasted on the young? It can now be wasted on the middle-aged as well. Buy.
