5.0 out of 5 stars Great stories, deftly told 20 Sep 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This is a great collection of short stories. They have a wide range of appeal and though some are a little more disturbing than others, they have a way of making you read them with a twist in the tale that is not obvious and may make you smile, worry or just feel slightly creeped out. I would recommend this anthology to anyone who wants a good read - and particularly to those who might want to write their own tightly-written short stories of whatever scale or type. There's something for everyone here. There's a mix of charity shop awfulness, theft, unexplained deaths and everything in between. Highly recommended.

Entertaining short stories with a light, witty touch. Andrew Campbell-Kearsey casts his net wide for characters and situations: some laugh-out-loud funny, some poignant. This award-winning author is a name to watch.

5.0 out of 5 stars Out of the Blue 16 Sep 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This collection of short stories is fresh, original and unputdownable. I particularly liked the one titled Out of the Blue, the clueless husband having not the slightest inkling that his wife is a lesbian. Even when she refuses to have a male dog from the rescue centre declaring she does not want another penis in the house! Atouch of brilliant irony thoroughly enjoyable
