We received our first delivery of the stand to find the top glass panel at the front was chipped, we contacted the customer services office and they offered us a discount, which to be honest is crazy as we explained the chip would be very visable and if any weight were to be placed on it, it would break.
They then offered to send a replacement which arrived quickly, but this too was chipped and in a few places. We again rang their customer services and they were very rude, claiming they had checked the glass before delivery and it was fine, which contradicted the previous operator who claimed that they never saw the glass panels as they ordered them from another company.
They operator then tried to make us keep the chipped glass claiming they would not get their money back from the company they buy it from (not our problem) and was very rude throughout the phonecall. Eventually, we were able to have both glass panels collected and a full refund.
Our biggest problem was with the customer services of this company, and probably would have accepted another glass panel, but will not be dealing with them again.
