Kate Crossan, of Celtic Woman fame. One of the very finest in this genre, exemplifying good song selection, purity of vocals, nice arrangements.

5.0 out of 5 stars Stunning 2 Mar 2011
By Callida - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Audio CD|Verified Purchase
This was one of those marvellous and all too rare times when I picked up a completely unknown CD and found a treasure. I've been trying to expand my Celtic collection beyond the "Danny Boy and Amazing Grace Move through the Fair by Salley Gardens on their way to Carrickfergus" fare that absolutely everyone with the remotest Celtic connections seems compelled to sing, and I picked up Celtic Heart solely because it contained lots of songs I didn't know. Cait has a pure, ephemeral voice which seems to infuse joy into these lovely songs. Perfect for relaxation, inspiration, or when you're feeling a bit down. Don't go past this if you're looking for something a bit different from the same old stuff you find on every Celtic album.
