3.0 out of 5 stars Not bad for the price 23 May 2012
By crofty
I bought this tv from another site as the price was good and it was uk made with a lg screen.
When the tv arrived it was well boxed by cello and it looked as good as any other budget tv.
the only thing of note was the remote control did not have any batteries which were not included
though were meant to be and one of the pairs of 3d glasses were broken.
If your a glasses wearer like me i can say they are alot more comfy then the 3d glasses i got when i was last at the cinema.

Not the remote is just like the sky remote, fine if you have sky but a big bulky thing to hold
i do not have sky so wished the remote was smaller.

onto setting up.
easy as the tv does it all.
if you do not have tv channels as you use the tv for blu ray only then it does get a pain
having to go through set up everytime the time is turned on.
doesn't seem anyway around that problem.
one thing about this tv and i think it goes for all cello tv's as they are made in the uk
after a few hours you get a timer come on the screen telling you to press a key on the remote
otherwise the set will turn itself off.
seems it is some uk energy saving thing that tv's made here have to have, poor cello.

now the picture,at this point i should say my set had a very bad case of shadows
something i read elsewhere has effected another cello 42" 3d set that site techrader were reviewing.
It is like a light that is behind the set is leaking to the front.
i did call cello and they offered to pick the set up and repair or replace.
i can not fault there customer service.
i choose to send the set to the site i bought it from for a refund.
why well the set being faulty and the 3d picture and the timer issue.

2.0 out of 5 stars COMPATIBILITY ISSUES 10 Oct 2012
By Timbo
Cello 32" L32109DVB 3D LCD TV

WE HAD THIS ITEM FROM M&S BUT WHEN CONNECTING HDMI THERE WAS NO SOUND. THE 3D SIDE WORKS OK FROM THE USB HD SO WE SENT THE ITEM BACK TO CELLO PRONOUNCED CHELLO FROM THEIR REPRESENTATIVES WAITING A WEEK WE GOT ANOTHER TV BUT SAME PROBLEM SO I GOT SOMEONE WITH A FREEVIEW BOX WITH HDMI AND A SKY+ NONE OF THESE WORKED. WE ARE SENDING THE TV BACK TO M&S FOR A FULL REFUND. THERE ARE OTHER BOXES THAT ARE INCOMPATIBLE WITH CELLO TV.

[...]

EVEN 2D CAN BE CONVERTED TO 3D.

I DONT SEE WHY I SHOULD FORK OUT MONEY TO FIND ITEMS COMPATIBLE TO THIS TV.
