I have made the chocolate mud cake and the white chocolate mud cake from this book a number of times for my children's birthdays and I always get requests for the recipes from the other childrens mothers. The decorating ideas are simple enough for a novice to tackle and they look great. There are some really good tips about icing cakes and storing them and how to make different icings etc. .
I would recommend this book for anyone who enjoys making cakes and who likes to make them for special occasions.
