I own the RSV Catholic Second Edition-Ignatius and I love it. The feel of the Bible is soo good. Its not a high quality original leather but its got the looks and I love it. The pages are light yellowish (not white) which gives a classic look to it. Unlike other reviewers said, its not difficult to read in low light conditions and the fonts are in pretty good size to read for any ages.
I dont know how to review this bible in a literal way because I am a beginner looking forward to discover greater depth of the scriptures..But overall I like the bible and recommend anyone who is looking forward to own for travelling or even personal use/study.

I've given this bible five stars because it is truly a beautiful book. However, being the pedant that I am I do have a criticism: It's language is American English (an abomination) with words such a 'labour' being spelt without the 'U'. If this bothers you excessively then don't buy the book. In every other respect it is a wonderful book to own and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

This bible is of good quality, red (ish) leather cover, pages are not too thin, colour maps at back, includes apocrypha, nice design, gold gilded, double ribbon divider, good translation.

The RSV Catholic Edition is beautifully made and the language of the translation has strong resonances with KJV. Very good value.
