A beautifully illustrated and easy to follow recipe book. The recipes sing from the page and are a treat to do. Catherine's tv programme makes it all look so easy, and following her book proves the easiness and deliciousness! I've bought this book for friends and family too. Highly recommend.

As a fan of Catherine Fulvio this was a must have... I got just as much pleasure reading and trying out some of the tasty recipes as I did watching on the TV. In fact it was even better as you can taste the end result. And as Autumn arrives and the days are getting cooler there's nothing like a good tomato sauce to beat to put some colour in your day. Beautifully presented and easy to use with mouth-watering images. This book is an essential for any novice Italian cook.
