..with the previous reviewer in the suggestion that the only reason to watch this is Kelly McGillis - although I admit to being half in love with her myself. This actually is a pretty good little film. Peter Weller is excellent as is most of the supporting cast - including the superb and very unsettling Charles Durning and a strong Frederic Forrest having fun with his role. It is directed very ably by Abel Ferrara with none of the excess that affects some of his other picture. The author of the novel - the great Elmore Leonard - worked on the screenplay.
Give it a try - you will be pleasantly surprised.
I am only here writing this review because I was checking for a DVD to upgrade my old VHS - so you can tell that I rate it
