let me tell you what I usually recommend the size...

M size = ~5'7", 135 lbs(9.6 stones)

L size = ~5'9", 155 lbs(10.8 stones)

XL size = ~5'11", 175 lbs(12.4 stones)

XXL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs(13.6 stones)

If you're still not sure about your size, pls let me know your Weight and Height in stones or Lbs and Inch.

Hmm Can't Be Bothered To Return It 19 Oct 2011

For a start I ordered the white shirt and I received the black one. I had read reviews about the sizes and I'm normally a UK large, in a medium with a squeeze (T shirts). I ordered XXL which is advertised at 50-52 inches
127-132cm - for the chest(I thought if it is actually this big then a present for my brother who is larger than me). It's actually 38-40 inches 96-101 cm - So an XXL from their selection is actually a UK Medium. It's very tight, I mean I am almost bursting out of it. So please bare this in mind and also beware you may not get the colour you have picked.
